$875 [$175 per session]
Payment may be made in full or two monthly installments of $437.50. Sessions are online unless otherwise noted. All packages expire 3 months from the date of purchase.
Vocal Coaching Weekly Package
10, 60 minute sessions reserved on a regular weekly day and time that you may schedule at your convenience.
$1,500 [$150 per session]
Payment may be made full or in 3 monthly installments of $500. Sessions are online unless otherwise noted. All packages expire 3 months from the date of purchase.
Payment:
Payment is due on or before a session, workshop, class, retainer subscription or package. Acceptable forms of payment are debit or credit card via Square.
Cancellation:
A la carte sessions, packages & gifts

All purchases are non-refundable.

Single a la carte sessions, packages and gifts expire three months from the date of purchase.

A la carte sessions may not be rescheduled.

Sessions within a package missed or canceled without 48-hours notice are not eligible for rescheduling.

Unused sessions within a package are only eligible for rescheduling before the date of expiration.
Retainer subscriptions

All purchases are non-refundable.

Retainer subscriptions have an initial commitment of 3 months (3 consecutive billing cycles from the start date) and require written notice to pause or terminate.

Sessions within a retainer subscription missed or canceled without 48-hours notice are not eligible for rescheduling.

Each retainer subscription includes 4 appointment credits per billing cycle, which may be booked up to 3 months in advance.

Unused credits within a retainer subscription do not roll over to the next month and will be forfeited..

Notice must be submitted at least 45 days before the start of the billing cycle in which the pause or termination is to take effect. (Example: if your subscription renews on the 1st, notice is due by the 15th of the prior month.)

Sessions remaining within that 45-day window will still be honored.
Cancellations by Sonia Aviva Voice

If a session is canceled by Sonia Aviva Voice and a new session time isn't possible for either party within the following 30 days, a $25 credit will be offered. This credit is valid for 30 days from the date it's issued.

This credit does not apply to studio closures or out-of-office dates that are either blocked on the calendar before a session is scheduled into that time, or communicated to the client at least 14 days in advance.

If a previously booked session is affected by a closure added with less than 14 days notice, the standard cancellation credit applies.
